I only had a few DIY plans until I read through this thread!
1 DIY Gathered end Hammock in a some crazy girly color
2 DIY Winter tarp in Similar flashy girly color
3 Winter sock
4 Add hip belt pockets to my Osprey Ariel
5 A doggie tent to extend my pooch's seasons
Chase your dreams without fear or hesitation!
First off I have to get my DIY area in the gear room squared away. Then:
A few gathered end hammocks
A couple bugnets
Several sets of mesh snakeskins
A Slug Tube
A few Down UQ's from LostBiker UQ Shells (for the grandkids)
A Hammock Cover that doesn't cause major condensation (?) SC air is so full of moisture.
Make several more tree straps
Make lots of Amsteel/Dynaglide DogBones and Adj Ridgelines.
I think that is it for now.
"No whining in the woods"
Let's see....
1) Blackbird XLC tribute SL with 1.1 ripstop
2) TD stand
3) Winter silnylon tarp
4) Griz beak for summer tarp
5) A 1.6 SL hammock w/o bugnet for spring/fall
6) Maybe a lightweight sewn thru TQ
OH I almost forgot - modding a old desk to use as a sewing workspace.
Just getting started and bought a sewing machine.
Maybe a hammock and a tarp.
But boy do I appreciate a cottage vendor project price after costing out materials!
