Using winter uq in summer

I sleep on a 10 inch thick memory foam mattress at home which has way
more insulation than any winter underquilt and it's not that uncomfortable
in the summer.

With that in mind, would using my winter Lynx UQ on my RR this summer
be just too hot for comfort? I will try someway to vent it.

Obviously, I should just get a summer Lynx but I can't afford it right now.

Has anyone experienced a winter UQ in the summer?

Yah, they do pretty well. I've also heard them compared to mattresses. As long as it isn't too cold, heat regulation often comes from the top venting, etc. If you don't mind the extra weight of the winter one, you should be just fine... I'd think the overnight lows would either be fine to warrant using it - or mild enough to use nothing at all.
