    I would be careful buying a brazilian hammock, especially any of the larger ones. They can be deep, and hard to get out of

    As much as we all love hammocks here, she'd most likely be happier with a simple rocking chair.

    As for the hammock chairs, every one I've sat in required a fair amount of upper body strength to get in and out of.

    my mom had a nag's head hammock swing thing on their front porch. they are expensive. but they are very comfy. and i think it's easy to get out of. my mom's even has little wood bar that hangs down on the bottom for your feet. you might check them out.
