Adding 3 loops on the left help to hold the prusik better...

The whoopie hook should be pulling one end of the 5" constrictor, and the other and should be held up be that prusik to keep it from slipping like shown in grizz's video in the link above. It acts like a Chinese finger trap, so as soon as weight is applied, it should hold just like a whoopie. Not quite sure What's wrong honestly. Some things I left out due to so many great write ups on them already like making the fixed eye, or that you need to add about half an inch when measuring for the constrictor because it will shrink when you pass a cord through it. Looks right from what I can see though...
