What size foot pad?

I have some extra Ccf pad and was wanting to cut some for a sit/foot pad and was wondering what size everyone uses.

Mine is about as long as a standard door mat. Plenty for the welcome mat but still enough to use if it gets too cold.

No stupid questions here. Trust me... I've already asked them all.

CCF=closed cell foam.

It's a cheap foam pad that people use for insulation in their hammock. A lot buy the blue pad from Walmart.

The wallmart pad works well. Also another good one is from gossemer gear.

I cut an old RidgeRest down to 18"x12". I take that lovely thing everywhere I go.

Mine is cut to be the size of the back panel of my backpack so it serves double duty. That makes it approx 10" x 18".
