I was checking out Arrowhead Equipment and saw that they offer a few pillow styles with a nifty attachment system.

I don't need much of a pillow while in a hammock. Just something small enough to stick under the lump on my head provides enough neck support for me. A wadded up pillowcase or tshirt works great for me.
If I use a pillow, I bring the snorting cub and love it....I put it under my neck.
Small, lightweight, I digg it.
I am thinking in cooler weather I am going to use my down jacket in its stuff sack. I used to use wadded clothing in a stuff sack.

I actually never use a pillow at all, unless you count the cotton beanie on my head. But my fiance is a massage therapist and she had a few polyester pillows, one of which I am borrowing on the next hike to test out. It compresses down to like a golf ball, so why not.
I also sleep IN my sleeping bag, so the pillow will fit perfectly in the hood of my mummy bag without moving, really no need for anything too special.
Tim at Enlightened Equipment made me a nice little Climashield pillow by request. I'm sure he'd accommodate you.
I have a down pillow with fleece on one side from Wilderness Logics. I like that I can squish it up to provide support where I need it. Before that, I used a piece of fleece folded up. I like the down pillow better.
Keep movin', keep believing and enjoy the journey!
I don't need the pillow for support, but I do like the padding. As a result, I don't need much and find I really like the HammockGear down pillow. It also has the shock cord and mitten hook to attach to a ridgeline. Under 4 ounces and the perfect combo of comfort and support.

One of those $20 down jackets on sale from JC Penney's weighs about the same or less than a proper backpacking pillow and bunches up to just right size. Also, it can actually be used for extra insulation in addition to your normal down jacket if you get really cold. And, the concept fits well with a basic rule of light weight backpacking, i.e. dual use items.
