    I too wear a beanie, and to keep my pillow from moving I put a few dots of Velcro ( the rough side) on the pillow. It sticks to my hat and is always where my head is.

    Forgot to mention, I use a therma- rest pillow in a dry bag so during day it doubles as my sitting pad.
