Pillow recommendations!

I actually never use a pillow at all, unless you count the cotton beanie on my head. But my fiance is a massage therapist and she had a few polyester pillows, one of which I am borrowing on the next hike to test out. It compresses down to like a golf ball, so why not.

I also sleep IN my sleeping bag, so the pillow will fit perfectly in the hood of my mummy bag without moving, really no need for anything too special.

I too wear a beanie, and to keep my pillow from moving I put a few dots of Velcro ( the rough side) on the pillow. It sticks to my hat and is always where my head is.

Forgot to mention, I use a therma- rest pillow in a dry bag so during day it doubles as my sitting pad.

I have this vision of you walking around camp in the morning before coffee with a pillow stuck to your hat.
