I seen a Thread or Post on a sight somewhere that someone had made Triangle Thingies out of cord.
Now I can't find that anywhere. Does anyone have that link floating around in their arsenal of hammock related stuff?

You can make them out of almost any cord, I had about 200' of fling-it and used that. A suggestion would be to wait till you find the correct lenght before you use your good cord, I used some mason line and played with the length between the side loops and the lenght between them and your attachment point of loop.

so how does the "Cord" triangle Thingies work next to the fabric triangle thingies?.....do they work as well????
It seems you could make some type of Cord Version out of shock cord or just some 550 cord with some shock cord attachments to your suspension.
???not sure
anyone have any input there??

go down to the bottom of the page. I think this is what you're looking for
I noticed you had a BIAS Weight Weenie. The easiest way to attach a UQ is with a prussic loop to your ridge line. If your UQ has separate cords on each corner just attach to the prussic. If your UQ has a continuous cord just attach to end of hammock then pull both sides up to prussic loop. You can put a mitten hook on the prussic or use a S-biner. The whole idea is to pull the UQ up instead of out. The guy that thought up the Triangle Things really only intended them for use on a netted hammock and even then the fabric ones are a little overkill.
