Why not just tidy them up by deleting sold threads?

They're kept around for price history purposes. Good reference for newbies (and older folk alike) to be able to check on what an item normally sells for, before buying.
Though, like was said in the other thread about this, I think if we're going to keep the old posts around, it should be a rule that the price not be removed as soon as the item is spoken for. If the buyer deletes the price once the item sells, the post/thread then has no archival value whatsoever, and may as well be deleted.
I have merged two threads together on the same subject, fyi.

Thank you, I put it in the Suggestions thread as FishBait recommended, but I should have just had it moved. Been here a while, but still learning.

A sold folder would work for me and YES, leave the price in. It's aggravating to look for price history only to find useless threads with the price removed.
I like the idea of a sold folder as well. I think it might help in figuring out what threads are still open even though the items have been sold.

I like the seperation of the folder. The price history is not valid imo. So many variables I think its up to the buyer and seller to come to terms. It can be left on the post or deleted. But I dont think it should ve a rule anyhow.
