    Eno Hanging kit

    Anyone got one of these kits yet? I can't find the specs on weight limits much less what it's made of...which kind of worries me.

    I am not sure I would hang on those either. I understand putting it into a wall stud but ..... just saying

    Aye, could very well be cheap pot metal for all we know... ENO's marketing seems to be aimed at college kids too busy to look at the details. In their defense they usually make high quality stuff but I don't understand why they wouldn't include the stress limits on this.

    You'd be better off using a couple of eye bolts from your local hardware store. I think they might put you out about $2.

    +1 on the eyebolts. I have these for my hammock in the basement, not to sure about the eno set-up.

    Try D rings like these I have sever hundred nights on some purchased from home depot.

    I installed them using Spax lag bolts.
