A wonderful and absolutely H U G E thank you to all of you that started this Event, continue this Event and sacrifice for this Event. I will add a personal Thank You to Flackfizer, Gumbo, Olddog, ItsAndy, the Details for your time with my family as well. They absolutely had a wonderful time.

FLRider and Mrs. FLRider, Jaxhiker, RunningFeather, Chuck, Old4hats and wife(sorry, I didn't remember your handle), and many others that made this great for me, I add a heartfelt thanks.

Lilricky aka Ricky Poppins, Runs on Coals, Ricky Ashinagger, ER. You are a great sport and I realy enjoyed your friendship.

LD Cakes, thank you for the raffle SuperCat with CookKit I won. We all missed you and hope to see you next year.

Gumbo and Ricktorfla, you both are the Queen and King of the center of this event and I don't just mean the center of my belly

I'll be there next year for your use.

And OLDDOG you are the best. I add you to the above sentence but wanted to single you out as well. Not only are you a warm soul, but I thank you for your early Kids Korner for my family. I look forward to 4th Annual Florida Hang and be by your side in any surprise you have for the kids next year.

To the many names I didn't mention I apologize. My head is still spinning from this weekend. What a wonderful time, food for all, many scheduled events and I invite anyone who didn't come this year to next years hang.

Seconding good words on Olddog. If Olddog does near the top your list of greatest people on earth, then I really want to see that list! Olddog--for our emerging community you are a mainstay, a role model, and a sage. It cannot be said enough: it is a joy and and honor to know you. In Hebrew we say "Kol ha'Kavod" to say congrats--it means literally "All the Honor" and that is to say, any honor and respect and glory coming goes your way. We all love you!

Thanks again to all our vendors and craftspeople who built up the raffle. The raffle builds our stock of funds that cover next year's needs like camp fees and fire woods etc. Each gift is an act of love and each ticket purchased is a vote in favor of FH4. So, thanks tons to all. I want to add my own personal thanks to my dear friend MAD777 and HF veteran for the fabulous 1.1 Double he donated so that it could end up as my own butt sling! I was so happy in it and I want to make sure that every one knows!

Back home after a long, uneventful, 9.5 hr drive. Van is unpacked and piled in floor for attention tomorrow. Low tonight in the upper teens. BRRRR! That's a shock after a weekend in the 70s at the hang.

Thanks to all who helped make this hang such a wonderful event. Well worth the drive. Can't wait til next year.

I just contacted the vendor for the prize I won in the raffle and thanked them. I want to encourage everyone to do the same. Without them there would be no raffle and our little get together just wouldn't be the same.

Glad you guys made it home safe. Yep it's gonna be about 14 here in the morning with near 0* wind chill!!!! I guess since I wound up at the Mt Rogers Hang I'm all geared up and ready for it.

I sure missed all you guys down there & I'm hoping for a make-up hang soon!!!!

Also I'm hearing rumor of a bunch of you from FL coming up here in a bus for a closer hang to us! I think that's a marvelous idea! But you better wait a couple months unless you are missing the cold temps from the last two years!
