    New ENO Bottom Quilt

    Anyone heard/seen anything about the new Blaze and Inferno Bottom and Top quilts coming from ENO?

    The press relase was back in the summer and they still haven't brought either of them to market. At this rate I wouldn't hold my breath.
    Life looks better from a BIAS hammock.

    Considering the specs and the cost, I would much rather send my money to a cottage vendor. Better product for the money.

    +1 on this, I do have an ENO hammock and I like it but not impressed with most of their other stuff. I buy everything now from cottage vendors. LOVE my incubator!!

    +1 on what mountman said. I would either go with one of the cottage vendors or diy.

    I bought ENO's Ember because I had a gift card to Backcountry.com and that's the only UQ they carry. The Ember arrived today. I set it up in my garage after dinner tonight. Then I promptly called Backcountry.com and asked how I could return it.

    The thing sucked! Not going to waste my money on another ENO product.

    (And, yes, many of you told me not to get it, but I had the gift card!)

    It took ENO years to come out with straps based on poly instead of nylon, despite customer complaints. I wouldn't hold my breath on their R & D...

    Eno's hammocks are decent rigs. Ive had warbonnets, jrbs and hennesseys, and I still have a couple of doublenest that I use when no ones looking :P

    I know right their a piece of crap. I am just recovering from their crap that I bought that is how crapy and expensive their stuff is.
