Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't the leighlo quilts (with the exception of those already ordered) no longer being made?

Yeah, I picked up one of the last ones.
Collector's item.
that sucks! I was going to buy a 30 degree!!!! AH!!!!!
Check the For Sale forum. They get sold once in awhile
I am still 18 but with 52 years of experience !
I have a new leighlo 30 degree top quilt purchased this spring. I have not used it yet, but I did pack it in a small stuff sack to see how it packed down and removed it a few minutes later. It was work getting it in the stuff sack. Now my top quilt will not fluff up like it did before I compressed it. IS THERE A CURE FOR THIS? I sure hope there is a way to bring it back to life!
I have a Leighlo 30 degree top quilt purchased this spring. I have not used it yet, but have compressed it into a small stuff sack, really tight. Now it doesn't fluff up like it was before I compressed it. in fact there are some bare places within the quilt now. Is the down damaged where it will not spring back? I'm going to be sick if that's the case!
ANY CURE? It's in the dryer on fluff only, I tried that before and it didn't seem to help.
What Now?
Left it in the stuff sack since spring?
You should be able to get the loft back. Just leave it laying out for a few days and work with it a few minutes each day and it should be ok. Store it loose going forward and you should be fine. Since you never used it the down probably has never gained full loft anyways.
Put it in the dryer on fluff or no heat for about 30 min. Mine got a little damp on the outside and I did this just to be sure it was dry. I was AMAZED at how fluffy it was when I took it out!
Just me being me
