No more hurting...able to swing out my legs, slip on my shoes and go do what I need to do right away, without having to "limber up" to take a constitutional...

A good mate set his up when we would go on long, long camp trips with our extended families. We were all in tents with big tarp setups, and extremely comfortable (after half a day of set up). After the ridicule and nicknames stopped (man-bat comes to mind) I was overcome with jealousy after spending lazy afternoons in his hammock. Mine has now happily replaced my swag, even if I'm forced to bring my tent and tarp set up on family trips (my wife is not a hammock fan. I consider myself lucky she is a camping fan at all actually.)

A year and half ago I bought a kayak and started fishing out of it. I decided , wouldn't be nice to take an over night fishing/camping trip. Obviously, with limited space on the kayak, I was in search of something light and doesn't take up much room. Enter my ENO Doublenest. And the rest of the story I'll keep ya hangin...

My dad, caveman, introduced me to hammocks. They are very comfortable and I just love them

I've always liked to camp, but I always woke up with my shoulders and hips hurting. I really enjoy hammocks when I lay in them at other people's houses or wherever but have never gotten one. I am looking into a ENO doublenest right now and I hope to try to sleep in a hammock more than a bed, if it all works out. I am in college now so I will probably need to get a stand to do that during the year, but over the summer I want to go hiking with my hammock and try to get used to sleeping in it.

The easy, simple set up. Plus the lack of roots in my back.

I've always wanted to go backpacking and suddenly without warning all of my buddies started buy gear and going last spring so I started buying gear getting ready to make a couple trips in the fall. I got a two person tent keeping the thought in mind that my fiance might want to make a few trips. My first trip was just with the guys and I learned quickly that sharing a tent with a guy who has been drinking may not be the best scenario. One of the guys had a WBBB and swears by it so I'm picking one up for the guy's weekends. Can't wait to get my hands on it and for the snow to melt so I can put it to use!
