I would definitely say its worth the $10 per/year. The Donating Member section is awesome and covers the rest of the topics that involve the outdoors.
I gladly made my donation to HF just yesterday! Money well spent for the enjoyment and knowledge I receive here.

I joined just before christmas and became a donating member on monday. Didnt know there was a section just for donating members!

Just Donated, been wanting to do it for a while now. I even made up some stuff for the PIF thread and was waiting for someone to put one up but.... I liked the gear I made so much I decided to keep it!I figured I saved a least that much on my diy.
