TRIANGLE SUSPENSION...a noobs flavor of suspension.

I'm at bit murky on the physics of all this, but it seems like this setup has the potential to put a pretty serious load on trees. Those with more scientific know-how please correct me, but I'm picturing that instead of a static suspended weight of the hammock pulling against the tree this creates almost a "pulley system" from both ends, kind of like a truker's hitch at either end of a ridgeline, but instead of pulling taut and things off you are hanging from the working end.
