    tarp flyz/zing-it size

I am in the process of installing cords on my new tarp. I have been putting zing-it on, but have run out and need to order more. The problem is that I think the stuff I have is 2.2mm, but I could be wrong. The specs for Flyz is 1.75. The cord that I have fits and slides for adjustment fine. I would prefer the 2.2mm for easier handling. So does it fit in the Flyz hole? Need to order more cord.
    Thanks

Both fit... I have 2.2 through my tarp flies... I will day the dutch hook is hard to get it to unhook on the 2.2 and sometimes hard to get it to hook... I just made my continuous ridgeline out of 2.2 and then made my loop that it ties back to out of 1.75... And my tie outs that are on line locks are 1.75... My next one will be all 1.75 I think...

2.2 will fit the holes. But locking into the "eyes" is more the issue. I downsized to 1.75 (gram weenee). I got 180 feet of 1.75 off like Amazon pretty cheap.

2.2 works but it is a little tight. The flyz were designed to use 1.75 however the antenna is the limiting factor. If it is too tight you can wedge (not twist)a screw driver in the slot and open it a little. If you move it too much it will easily bend back with a pair of pliers.
