OK, so I have so far assembled a WBBB Dbl layer 1.1, a camo Superfly, with a WB under quilt ordered. I have the adjustable webbing suspension, and have several questions concerning protecting the hammock from rain: Does the webbing actually SOAK up water? Would silicon waterproofing spray do any good to prevent this? Or would the spray simply add more weight and not really accomplish anything? AND, is there any particular spot on this suspension where a drip line would accomplish the most good? I have read that water can run right down your suspension and wet your hammock no matter how big your tarp and it seems to me there would already be tried and true methods of preventing this, if you fine folks could share with me. I would appreciate it very much, thank you!
