Glad you asked this. I was wondering the same thing. When I get my rei dividend I am going to buy a dry/compression bag for my 20* incubator an DIY top quilt. Sounds like a 15 liter might be the right size.

I asked Luke to make me one that would work in the bottom of my Ohm. He made a 13"x25" with a roll top. I've put a winter quilt set plus my down hood and down booties in it.
If I had it to do again, I'd go with the next heavier cuben fabric maybe the .7
I would recommend that you work to the dimmensions of your pack.

Sound advice. The large from z pac works great in my circuit. I never take anything apart,it all gets stuffed into my pack just like a stuff sack. A trash compactor bag was working well for me,dont know why i bought the pack liner, but i did, finding it to be just as useful as the compactor bag. The difference is when the cuban wears out ill probably go back to the tc bags, just for the ease of replacement in the field, and the piece of mind from not having to be concious of everything while stuffing my pack.
Thanks for the helpful answers. ATM I just have a 40 degree UQ and a PLTQ, but in the midst of obtaining a down 40 TQ...I think the 14L might work well.
I just bought the triple dry bag package for 10 bucks at Wal-Mart, the Outdoor Products one. I turned one in to a water bag for my home made gravity feed water filter. That bag held the water very well, so I would assume it would keep out the water just as effectively.
The medium sized one I plan on pairing with my opsack so I can PCT bear bag. Though I am not sure why there is a warning on the bag that specifically says "Not for storing food or water".
The larger yellow one is 6.75" X 6.75" X 18". When I get home I am going to see if my tq and uq will stuff in there. It doesn't list a liter size so I will have to see.
Thanks again!

I bought one of the cheap Outdoor Products 40 liter dry bags from Wal-Mart. Stuffed a HH Explorer Deluxe, UC, 40* TQ (900 down), 20* Sleeping Bag (650 down), down pillow, Hex fly (in snakeskins), and insulated air core pad all into it - and could still roll down the top of the dry bag several turns to about 1/3 of the way down the bag.
Had a bit of trouble (tapatalk), but there it is.

Thank you!
Can anyone attest to their functionality? Do they really keep the water out like they say? I am always weary of Walmart bought gear.
The only ones I have ever used was during out Whitewater rafting trips, those things were heavy duty.
