There is room enough in each shelter to hang a single hammock. There are a few places to hang hammocks under some of the shelters. I have hung from the boat racks in the past. There are trees around as well. I have suggested to some of the scout troops to set some posts for hammocks. I don't know if any of them have taken it on as a project or not.
The shelters are for sleeping in only. They have a pavillion like area with tables and grills for all other activity.
The shelters here are really quite large. They are basically a deck with a roof and screend walls.

Given the time of year (and the mild winter we just had) do you think a bug net will be needed? Is there enough breeze at the shelter areas to keep the bugs away?
