    New UQ? The ParkaQuilt

I have recently made an inexpensive (if you have the materials handy) and multiple use UQ. I took my Marmot Zeus down jacket and on each side connected shock cord by ribbon loops using just a quick by hand sew. I also made my sleeves inside out to add more insulation inside and also just to have a place for them to sit. If you are a lightweight backpacker/camper looking for a multi use item or just cheap, this is for you! Ask any questions needed.

Would you mind providing some pictures? I'd love to see exactly how you did it. Thanks!

kinda the same thing as the JRB quilt they had out a few years back.. it turned into a vest and you could add JRB sleeve to make it a jacket...
    i always liked the idea

oh yeah Pic or it didn't happen LOL
It puts the Underquilt on it's hammock ... It does this whenever it gets cold
