i have to add to this , i placed a order and after thinking about things i needed to make some changes ,i gave Adam a call and he was on the ball and made the needed changes and on top of that he is going to get it out tomorrow so that i will have it by the weekend .now that is good customer service . thanks Adam and Jenny ,i will be in touch for more goodness ,the wife will be needing a TQ soon
I sent them a cuben tarp for a repair, and told them to do it in a couple of months or when they got time, as I know they are busy, and the next week its back to me. I love their service and dedication to taking care of their customers. Where are you going to find this in this day and age except here on the forum with our cottage makers of gear we all love and buy???? No where else but here!!! Adam and Jen are dedicated 100% in taking care of business.
