Does anyone sell nylon hammock blanks? I see DIY's poly but I was hoping to find one made from rip stop. Thanks

Not that I know of.
What are you looking for? A hemmed ripstop rectangle?

Unless you are a major gram weenie I would go with polyester over ripstop nylon. More comfortable and just as safe. That's my opinion.
I may be slow... But I sure am gimpy.

What are other low cost ways to seal the ends of ripstop besides hemming?. I don't have access to a machine and would like to do something to make it last longer.
Try whipping the ends.

Heh, you're right. I totally misread the question.
Hot knife is what I'd use.

Great! Thank you very much!
Make your whipping very tight, as there won't be the bulge a hem makes to guarantee the whipping can't slip off. You could also leave the fabric extra long and tie a knot in it.
