New Hanger from the French River area

I thought I would introduce myself.
I'm new to hammock camping, but not new to backpacking, kayak and mtn bike camping (or the outdoors for that matter).
This year I finally decided to give in and pick up a hammock for backpacking. Sleeping on the ground (no mat) or in the bottom of my boat is getting hard on me.
I just put in my order for a ENO Double Deluxe. It may not be the perfect hammock for what I need, but for the price, if it's not going to work for my backpacking, I can hang it in the back yard to hang out during the summers.

Anyway, looking forward to what I can obtain from this forum as well as what I can offer.

I was going to ask if it was true that folks went nekkid to the beaches where you live, then I realized you live in the French River Area and not the French Riviera.

haha Ya, no.

It's pretty much a cottege country area with a number of farms in the surrounding area.

I'm primarily based out of Sudbury (grew up there and commute to for work).
