    Pad sleeve or cover?

I will be biking (actually, triking) the Great Allegheny Passage from Pittsburgh to Cumberland and back in early June. Sadly, it looks like opportunities to hang will be severely limited and I will be forced to use a tent and sleeping pad (sigh).

Long ago I had a cover for a shot Thermarest made of cotton/poly material that was great for making the pad comfy to lay directly upon. Now I am looking for a cover to fit a longer TR pad. Sure, I could probably sew one up, but I am lazy. I am looking for an envelope. light fleece (100?) on one side and poly-cotton or microfleece on the other.

Anyone know of a vendor who makes these?

Thermarest actually makes a fitted sheet. It's polyester, so it won't be quite as comfy as fleece would be, but it's probably going to fit.

Personally, I just bring a lightweight pair of long underwear I wear to sleep so that I can keep oils/sweat off my gear and to avoid the uncomfortable feeling of the silnylon, etc. against my skin.

Yeah, I actually have one of those.

And of course, it does not fit the pad I plan to use. And I was hoping to one-up TR with the choice of two fabrics to use depending on the weather.

I'm super interested in this as well. I currently use a 25x80 Synmat and none of the Thermarest sheets will fit.

I'm making a short sock/cover tapered for width for my TR out of one of these
Folding it over & sewing the pad profile so it can slide on & off to use/pack. It should end up at about 16 oz for the cover.

I use these liners over my Neo Air All Seasons. Not fleece, but a perfect fit, really comfortable and the price is right...I got 3 for $24 from memory.

Pure WAG but I would be inclined to as ZQ if she would be interested.

I have one I use over a CCF pad - fleece on one side and nylon on the other.
    YMMV
