    6'6'' 200lbs in a Explorer Deluxe

I just received my Explorer Deluxe Zip and at 6'6'' I just wanted to let everyone know that it fits very nicely. This is my first hammock and I just set it up in my basement and love it! I am going to sleep in it tonight and my girlfriend thinks that I am crazy She did get in it for a little while and said it was very comfortable though!

But the main purpose of this thread was to say that for my height and weight the Explorer Deluxe is a good option. I can't wait to get outside this spring now!

I got my Explorer this past October. It's been great so far! I did replace the stock suspension with whoopies and hooks...makes setup a bit faster.

That's cool to hear. If I ever get my buddy into a hammock, he's 6'6" and about 220.

Welcome to the HF Matt, and to the dark side! I started with an HH Explorer UL 6 years ago. I have numerous others now, but that hammock used with the HH Super Shelter is still one of my favorites! Still very competitive IMO.

I'm new here and to hanging. I'm really glad to hear that tall people don't have issues with this hammock. I just bought one. I'm 6'2 1/4" and a fluctuating 210 lbs.

So you have an inch on me, and when I got my HH I was about 215. You should be more than comfortable in yours!

Judging by the height/weight ratio in here I'm the heavy of the group lol. Better double my time at the gym!

    OP is TALL! HOLY!
