Will you have them for sale at the Hot Springs Hang? To save on shipping.

    That's the plan.

If you order them where people have to do some work to put them together as suggested above, I guarantee there will be a market for someone to "pre-assemble" a few of them and sell them as "ready to fly" for a slight markup.

I'm confused - in the Flag to be Sewn option there is less post-sale work to be done by the buyer than in the Flag to be Flown option?

I like the idea of sewing my own - I can put a draw string channel or ties on the flag instead of grommets, or install grommets if I so choose. Seems more flexible. The toughest part of this whole deal is getting the image & words on the fabric.

A "Flag to be Sewn" means a flag to be sewn onto something. It can be used as-is, with one printed flag.

A "Flag to be Flown" has to be constructed from two printed flags, so that both sides are readable.

    Sorry for the confusion!

Was thinking of doing that myself!

I am not sure if a poll is necessary at all. I'm going to have to put up money to get this done, so I might as well just pick the order quantity that I can afford, and get the first order in.

I'll take (at least) 3 of the "flags to be sewn". 1 for my tarp, 2 for my pulk (to be sewn together, I really want the wording on the flag.

I may even get a 4th to: clip to my pack, use as a bandanna, etc.

    Want any "up-front" money?
