If you have ever stopped at the Metal Ford on the Trace, that was the most exciting section the time I went. It as a whole was verry peaceful. If you can find the old thread Rain Man posted pictures from the Kayaking that year.

I am just seeing the post. I would like to come for this. It may depend on work for me. If I do go, I won't plan on doing any kayaking, so I can hang around camp and watch for gear buzzards.

we are just a little over 3 weeks away from 7 th yearly spring hangout at merriwether lewis.next week i will start a saturday night cook out thread so we can plan the saturday evening cookout.

I'm bringing my Jackson Big Tuna. Also bringing a ground dwelling friend with his Tuna also. Looking at coming down Thursday if it works out, definately Friday. Looking foward to it

Neo, I think I will attend not sure on Thursday but if I can I will. I will not be kayaking, so count on me to help watching the gear. I have put together a nice setup I think.
