FACT: you could probably name the model,, color & suspension of the hammock you want to borrow.

    Is this an open event?

If yes, I would like to attend.

Nope. just show up. You may want to bring a gift for the raffle if you want to participate.

    Cool

So everybody just does their own thing as far as food and set-up.

Then you can participate in activities as you want?

Sorry for all the questions, just want to get it right the first time.

    Thanks

    Re: Hoosier Hang 2013??

What kind of items do you suggest for the raffle. Mountain meals work ok?

Yes, bring your own food and camp as/where you want. Usually there is a time when snacks are shared around - some will bring special goodies for that time.

You can participate as you wish. Join the raffle if you want to bring something to give away. Camp away from the fire ring makes it easier to not participate (and get more sleep.)

There is no right! Just come, have a good time and be supportive of others.

Usually there is a combination of gear (stoves, Heine pots, etc) and libations in the raffle. I don't see why the meals wouldn't work if that's what you have to give away.
