I wish there were more businesses and people in this world like Dutch and his workers. Even after probably being backed up from going on vacation I placed an order over the weekend crossing my fingers it would get here by Thursday. Usually it's only a couple days for it to process and get here, but I wrote an email just to make sure I was going to be ok. I get an email back within half an hour telling me if will DEFINITELY ship today and just to be sure it gets here in time it's going priority! Now that is going out of your way just to make the customer happy. Way to go guys maybe you can set an example and have it wear off on the rest of the business world. This is why I order from dutchwear about three times a month.
