Okay.. I am going to make an inexpensive UQ for a friend (trying to gear him up for the spring) and I have a poncho liner that I am going to cut up. I also have some pretty big pieces of fleece that I can use to layer with the poncho liner. Once all the layers are done... I am going to cover both sides with some 2nds 1.1 ripstop for a more finished look...
I have gone through most of the PLUQ threads and know how to cut and set it up... my question to those that have done this or know more about insulation than I do.... should the fleece layer be next to the hammock.... be between the layers of the pocho... or does it even matter?
My plan is to fold the poncho liner in half and put to layers of fleece in the middle but thought I would pose the question before I start sewing.
Thanks.
