Hammock = Smaller pack?

How easily do the KAQs fit? I have both of those quilts, and I am debating both a switch to the Circuit and a switch to down quilts. For now, it would be great if I could switch packs, but keep using the quilts, since changing them all is a bunch of money. Do you compress them, keep them loose in the bottom, regular stuff sacks, etc..? Thanks.

The standard KAQs will fit in an ~65L pack with four days' food just fine: they're about the same size as a pair of poncho liners when compressed, and I've fit two liners, the huge Hennessy Hex tarp, 5 L water, and all of the rest of my crap into a 65L with four days' food before. Note that this assumes no extra clothing aside from a poncho for rain gear, though; clothing is a volume hog. I stuffed the liners loose in the bottom, inside of a trash compactor bag.
