    Neo Air in Hammock?

anyone have experience with a Neo Air in a hammock in 20 degree weather? I have quilts and ccf and have used both methods. My problem with the quilt is the weight, the problem with the ccf is the bulk, so enter, the Neo Air .... any experience out there?

I used it down to 35, and felt no C.B.S. Sorry, but nothing lower than that for me.

XL standard Neo, in a WBBB dbl.

I've used a Neo air in a hennessy, kinda sucked. I did sleep, but it was difficult to keep under me... if you have a double you should be good. Recommend the large, the regular is a little narrow, you may be able to use wings with it though. I use a Neo air regular in my bridge, along with a quilt (depending on season... this is my kayaking rig, because I have soooooo much room in my boat, why not?) The Neo works really well with the JRB bmbh deluxe.

I have done this and been very comfortable. It is a bit narrow. If I take it again, I may take a CCF pad cut down by a third and placed sideways across my shoulders. That would serve me down to 25 degrees, I bet.

I started to get cool bellow 30 using it in my bmbh. Works great with that hammmock in the double layer pad pocket. I am a cold sleeper.

Chewy, is that with the standard Neo or the all season Neo?

Good point dman. It was an all season version, so for me there is no way I could use the standard version in the 20 's.
