I have NEVER heard anything bad about a ULA pack! I am sure he is offering it to us here at HF because he loves us. When he puts it on WB or Backpackinglight I dont think it will last long!
It's been up on WB for a couple days now, too actually.

TAK is right, get your torso measured and make an offer if it'll fit ya. I have a 2009 Catalyst and love it already.

Man, I wish I could get this but I'm already on the hook for a Blackbird. Good luck.

PMs replied to. The lowest I can go on this pack is 165 plus shipping. 175$ gets you a brand new no wear Catalyst. Saves someone over 60 bucks. If anyone is interested PM me.

I am still looking for a Hyperflow MSR filter in new condition or atleast with a new filter cartridge and a Speer Winter Tarp.

    Brand new filter..

Does it have to be the Hyperflow? I have a new Vario that you would most likely get the best deal on...

This is the one I am talking about

Thanks Adam I have a Vario and a Hiker Pro, looking for the MSR because it would save 5 ounces on weight, and packs way smaller than the Katadyn filters. I'll get that box out to you Friday and let you know how much it was.

Thanks buddy! I will be sending a package out your way as well

I decided not to filter. I just use Aquamira. So far so good! And you cant get much lighter than that!

    Yuk.

    Pump filter = bad
    Gravity filter = good

No you can't, I use PolarPure 99% of the time but sometimes I would take a filter if I had a lighter one.

I bought a HyperFlow when I headed into mud-puddle country. Put all the chemicals or UV you want into that stuff and it is still diluted mud. I normally use a SteriPen and actively disliked filters until I got the HyperFlow. Now, I just dislike most filters.
    Trust nobody!
