Hey guys, bought a super cheap hammock last year and used it a few times at local parks. Ran into several hammockers last weekend (Sat 3/9/13) at Long Hunter State Park in Mount Juliet. They showed me some of the things they had done with their hammocks and I was blown away with how much better it was than how I was doing it! They pointed me to these forums and seemed shocked that I had been hammocking without reading here first lol!

Anyways, I've already purchased some amsteel and I'm trying to figure out all the DIY guides for a whoopie sling setup, and I have a feeling I've started a new obsession. If those guys I met are on here please let me know who you are. Or anyone else in the mid TN region. Or anyone who can help me figure out these DIY projects because some of these things feel like deciphering heiroglyphics haha
