Hey all. I just went two weeks without a donating member status. I could just tell something was wrong with the world. I knew I was missing out. It just plain felt wrong. I hated it.
SO If you havent yet, be weary, once you donate your life will change. Luckily its for the better.
but seriously Experiencing HF w/o Donating member status after having it, you really do see how much more content there is to glean from and follow.

i agree!! i'm so glad i finally became a donating member. so much more information. so if anyone is on the fence about it, just do it, you wont be sorry.
I remember my donating membership expired one year before I re-upped. I didn't realize why, right away, so I was in a state of panic for about 24 hours!
Now, my expiration date is in my cell phone calendar.

You notice it immediately the first time you log on without it. Happened to me last Saturday I think. Was having coffee that morning and using my iPad. Logged onto HF and automatically knew something wasn't right......instantly renewed my donating member status LOL
I enjoy it much more.

I looked at donating for the upkeep of this forum the same as tipping for good service in a restaurant....
Do I have to? Nope. I do it just because I feel like it.
