I am making myself a top quilt that us rated to about -5oc. I can't find anyone from the UK were I can buy down from. I have found a few sites in the USA but would like to know if any of them would send this as a gift so that I don't have to pay silly UK import tax. I have used some company's before that were happy to do this but I am finding two of the company's will not do this. Can anyone help please.
