Late Spring Section Hike May 9th-June1st

A few people have been making mention of a Section Hike this spring or summer in the South. I am taking summer courses this summer so that I can go ahead and graduate. So this leaves me with 3 weeks exactly to hike. I was thinking about taking 3 weeks and doing as much of the Mountain to Sea Trail as possible, but decided not to. So now I'm looking for a good 3 week section hike not to stenuous, but not a cake walk either. Would not be staying in hotels or hostels along the way to save on cost. Open to most any hiking in the South. If anyone is interested post here, I like hiking solo, but sections are always more fun when theres friends to conversate with at the end of the day.

I'll be doing a very short (probably a week) section out of Trail Days in mid-May. Not strenuous and not a total cake-walk, but I like the area from what I remember of it.

Trail Days. Thanks for reminding me Cannibal. Ok well then I'll prob head south on the 9th and then hike into Damscus for Trail Days and then continue North until time to go back.

I am planning on hiking out of Hotsprings after the SEHHA hangout (April 24-26). I will be making my way to Damascus. According to the calculator it is approximately 191 miles. I will be moving along at a pretty decent clip I think. I think most days will be @20 miles or so. If anyone wants to join me for all or part of it that would be cool.

Is that all? I've hiked with you (briefly,) I think you could do 40/day, average, barely breaking a sweat.

Man, if I had the time I would join you.
