I lost a hammock once...kinda.
I forgot I loaned it to a fellow hanger. He forgot he left it in his garage for a whole year. One day at church he strolls up and says he found my hammock. I told him to just keep it and enjoy.
Thank you very much guys…! Usually a topic like this gets moved to a place I can’t see it (lost job a month ago = no money for necessary things like food, gas and HF.net… Don’t feel bad for me… I’ll be back on my feet in no time!) or its not worthy to stay here. So thank y’all bunches!
Thank you [o]TTer! I responded…

This triggered a “Twilight Zone” moment (one of the voices in my head sounds like Rod Serling) …”A man loses his mind after losing his hammock…” I had to break out the gear and count the collection, I was expecting to find 9 hammocks…there are 11!! I think I’m DIYing in my sleep, should mention I have what Doctors call…problems
Wait...hammocks breed? What happens when a gathered end mates with a bridge hammock? Is that considered interspecies?

OK folks, I played along and even edited the title to get [o]tter's attention.
The true purpose of this thread, despite the wonderful hammock discussion, has been accomplished so I'm going to close this thing. Otherwise, some new member might think [o]tter is some scatterbrained hanger that can't keep track of his gear. Can't have that!
Trust nobody!
