West Marine will have it for sure. There used to be one right next door to the Joanne fabric shop in my Florida town. It was a weekend pilgrimage every Saturday; they laughed at me in both shops. Plus, plus, plus, they usually have a clearance end-cap. Lots and lots of good deals there.

Woot that's the one I was going to go to...West Marine. It's literally right around the corner too. Too bad they are only open 9-5 so I have to wait till tomorrow morning to get my stuff and slap up a ridgeline

Well.....West Marine only had a 70' roll for $56 so that's a no go : / I tried many other marine shops in the area and didn't come up with squat. So once again does anyone have 10' of amsteel before I have to spend $20 bucks because of a small order fee.

Really? The West Marine I used to frequent had big spools on the back wall; they'd just measure and cut for you. Very odd. I'm going to have to find one in Denver and check if it's the same here as what you are describing.
