How do I add a seep opening on my mini hammock?

Does anyone know how I go about adding a flap to my mini gear hammock? ...I think it's called seep? I may be a bit wrong on that. Do I add the flap and then sew down where the suspension is a bit so that it "flaps" down?

I unlashed my mini hammock to see if any better ideas came to me, or if I could pull this off with one the one piece of fabric, and I'm just coming up blank right now. If anyone has links to share, that would be great.

....wow, no one? We have the brainiest group out there. Perhaps the sock style links and I'll shrink it down for my mini hammock?

Look for Molly Mac Gear box video, I think it shows the seep pretty well, IIRC, it's been a long time since I've seen it. I'd guess it's just extra fabric sewn to one side of the hammock and draped over the RL, not sure tho'.
    Good luck,

My one hammock with integrated bug net has a SEEP entry. I sewed one entire side and then about 4 inches down the entry side. Works wonderfully and some small pockets along the edge for rocks and trail sticks provides enough weight to keep it in place and snug against the edge of the hammock.

....so you sort-of have a tube, but one side is sewn only about 4" in on each end? So I actually could just use my one piece of material, if I didn't want to use my mini hammock as a hammock seat anymore?

or did you have a "tube" and then added more materiel to make the flap part?
