Thumbs up Exped's GREAT Customer Service

As some of you know, I've been trouble shooting some cold spot issues with my exped downmat ul 7.

Since the very first email, they've been prompt in response AND helpful. I got to deal with the same person through the whole ordeal which made tracking my issues VERY easy. Also VERY accommodating of my planned camping trip and assured me they'd get a working mat back in my hands before my trip. Monday they still hadn't received it to look at it. Tuesday they finally received it and TODAY a BRAND NEW MAT was dropped off by my FedEx delivery person.

I'm not gonna lie, I was skeptical they'd get one back to me in time for my trip but they came through with flying colors.

    OUTSTANDING costumer service from Exped.

I believe so, though I never received an update on the original. I have a sneaking suspicion though that it was stored in it's original packaging for too long, that the down may have started clumping or sticking on the bottom left half. They were very noticeable spots and if I slid up on the pad, the cold spot would move down.

Not 100% what the issue exactly was though. But since I got the new one, I've had no issues fwiw.

I've got a Exped Synmat UL7 that I like a lot. It's been a great pad, although thankfully I'm hanging between two tree's now nestled in my incubator.

Thanks for sharing your experience. Do you happen to have an email address to contact Exped? I have not been able to find one on their .com homepage. Help would be greatly appreciated!! Greetings from the Roadside!
