IMO the best tarp with doors for the money is the Superfly by Warbonnet. It's about $130 or so, but it will be the only tarp you need.
If you opt for a tarp w/o doors, check out the Tadpole by Wilderness Logics. They are about $90 and that's what I carry on almost all of my backpacking trips. I've never gotten wet with it.
If you ain't havin' fun, you're doin' it wrong
I'm just starting with all this hammocking craziness, so I can't offer much. But I received my Wilderness Logics Big Daddy last week. It was $100 and could probably cover my car lol. I also bought the snake Skins and some Dutch Stingerz & they make setup pretty "idiot proof" lol
The tarp doesn't have doors, like you want, but it's pretty big!
What kind of camping will you be doing most of the time? If you're car camping, thus weight isn't an issue, you could go with something like the kelty Noah 12 or the chinook tarp, or even a large poly tarp. You can get some large tarps for cheap as long as you're willing to pay that weight penalty.
If you're backpacking it in, then silnylon is going to be your best friend. Lots of people swear by the superfly as it is one of the best out there. You'll spend more to get something like the superfly, but if you save up it will be worth it.
Your last option is a DIY with silnylon 2nds from somewhere like DIY gear supply. If you can sew, or know someone who can, you can save money and get a great tarp, it will just cost you some time.
I will second the Kelty Noah's 12, and I find it worth the weight... but we all gotta carry our own pack
I just recently picked up a Kelty Noah's 12 from REI with my member discount ( paid $60.00 shipped ) and it came in a brown/bronze color with orange trim around the edge. I will set it up in the next couple of days and take some pics. I was using a DIY that I made but wanted doors ( I don't have the time to sit down and make another with doors ). The Kelty Noah's 12 was in my price range and can be configured in many different ways.
I have the oldman winter as well as the tadpole and they are great tarps....I think I prefer the tadpole.

I surfed this forum for a week looking for all the info I could before sending Brandon the money for my rig. VERY VERY satisfied and it has conformed to meet all the crazy weather I have run into,.
I have the ultralight version of the Superfly, the HG Winter Palace cuben fiber tarp. If I hadn't bought the Winter Palace, I would be the proud owner of a Superfly. One tarp for all weather - that's what I like.
You can go cheap on suspension, hammock, and insulation, but in my opinion, you can't go cheap on tarp.
I am partial to the WL Tadpole, I have another substantial tarp that can be configured with doors (some generic / cheap rig) ...but I find I the weight and pack space just doesn't suit me.
Granted...I am more of a fair weather hanger; if it is cold enough to need a tarp with doors you can find me on the ski slopes.
