New Gear: FlameStower TEG usb charger

There isnt really a forum for new general backpacking equipment but I thought Id share this item I ran across. For fans of the BioLite Stove(heavy) and the powerpot(still heavy) here is an 8 oz TEG charger that kinda acts as a pot stand.

    http://www.flamestower.com

looks promising for the wood/alcohol/butane stove users, I wouldnt trust it with esbit. Whaite Gas users could bring a generator and a hot plate with all that weight they are used to carrying

It looks interesting, I'd use it if I brought any electric devices with me (other than a light) and wasn't a bit of a weight weenie .

FYI: There is a thread about this in the Donating Members section. This will likely get moved there soon. I highly recommend donating!

why wouldn't you trust it with esbit?
Esbit would give a good steady flame,
and this model seems to work off any heat.

They even have it working off a household natural
    gas stovetop.
