    Help finding a camping location

Not sure if this is the right forum to post this, however I need some help locating a place somewhere near the Kentucky/West Virginia border to backpack. Hoping to find one that is 10-15 mile loop trail that I can use my Hammock.

Does anyone know of any trails?????

    Second that.

You can also look into hiking in the Cumberland Gap, which would be a bit closer than the Gorge... http://www.nps.gov/cuga/index.htm

I'll third RRG even though I've never been. It's priority on my list. Only hear great things and pics are incredible.

I agree with Red river Gorge, Gray's Arch loop is a good loop (Pitch Em' Tight/ rough trail loop)to do. I did it back in February not terribly hard, but a good overnight trek if its what your looking for.

RRG is one of my favorites, too.

We are trying to find something close to half way between Richman, VA and Evansville, IN, Want to keep the drive time as equal as possible. Looked at the national forest, but none really in the half way range.

    Thanks for your thoughts
