I use my hex tarp with a ridge line, on paracord. I have it rigged and ready in the sack, so it can be set up quickly.
Completely off topic.....but what do you plan on doing with 3 Hex flys?

This may provide some good insight into what you need. I use a zing-it RL with two carabiners (small) on each end of the tarp ridge (mid-line)...which I think is what is illustrated in the video (I haven't watched it in awhile).

this is what I use on my hennesey hex, Tarp Ridge Line "Simple Single" - Carabiner from AHE. works so slick, you can center the tarp with it and makes it so easy! love my hex fly and thanks to arrow head equipment its just to easy for setting up
