is there such a thing as a hammock magazine where people in general could contribute to it with articles,pictures,products, much like this site is run so when people are on the go while driving or traveling they can still read up on hammocking. Just a thought .
You mean like a print type magazine? Nothing that I am aware of. It would be pretty expensive to do something like that.
Periodicals are failing everywhere. Books can do well.

Trust me the periodcal business is diminishing. I work for or used to work for one of the biggest magazine ditributors in the country. They just shut the door on their magazine business last week, due to not making money.
