Crowell392 - Yes, it is a superfly. The big tarp came in handy since we had some heavy rain! I switched from porch mode to tent mode when I went to sleep and I never got wet at all... even some hikers that were staying in the shelter said that they had wind driven rain hit them overnight.
Sounds like a great trip Latch. Would you like to display your setup at Grandfather Mtn when they have their annual park day this year? Last year there were so many people looking and asking questions we could not get to them all.
