Hand Warmers/LED light/Battery backup

I know most of us are coming out of the colder weather, but I had seen a review of these hand warmers/LED light/battery backup in a Sunday issue of the Chicago Tribune probably around January/February. At the time, the site was out of stock, but gave me an option to receive an email when stock was replentished, and the notification came today.

I recall the Tribune like the functionality, except for the high heat setting was incredibly hot, a sentiment found in this review as well:

Sounds like an interesting piece of gear... I have been wanting a battery charger to recharge my phone after a few days... But I think in my climate the hand warmer would never get used and would just accidentally waste my battery...
