    The skin was like hard plastic. I tried to eat it but I was afraid it was going to break my teeth. The guy gave me another better piece, but still very hard...nothing like turkey skin.

    it suppose to be hard and crunchy, but if it was not, then he does not know how to roast a pig the skin is my fav, heck pig is my fav meat
